We offer FREE Delivery on all orders over HKD 500 (or HKD 39 for orders under HKD 500). The different delivery types are:
Non-furniture Items
Eg: Some small furniture, lighting, cushions, clocks and home accessories. Delivery takes 5-10 business days from your date of order, and is FREE on orders over HKD 500.
Furniture Items
Delivery takes 10-15 business days from your date of order. We offer free lobby or kerbside delivery on furniture items. If you require guaranteed door delivery, the driver may require an additional cash payment up to $HK 300, depending ease of access. Removal of any packing materials are not included. Simple assembly is required for some items. Additional charges apply for walk up only access, and delivery to outlying areas.
Furniture Items to Outlying Areas
An additional charge of HKD 300 applies for delivery of bulky items to the following areas: Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, Park Island, Yuen Long and Tuen Mun. An additional charge of HKD 1,000 applies for delivery of bulky items to South Lantau, and other outlying Island areas.
Furniture Items Requiring Walk-up
If delivery items do not fit in your lift, there is an additional charge of HKD 150-250 per floor (market rate paid directly to the delivery driver at the time of delivery).
Rug Items
Delivery is FREE on all rugs. Delivery of 160 x 230cm size rugs takes 3-4 weeks from your date of order. Delivery of all other rug sizes take 4-6 weeks from your date of order.
Split Deliveries
If your order contains a mix of decor, furniture or rug items, these will be delivered separately, as they ship from different warehouses with different delivery lead times. In this case we will update you separately by email with details of each delivery.

International delivery is available for all items except furniture, and is indicated by the “Delivers Worldwide” text on the product page.
We deliver via our international network of couriers, and all shipments include tracking. Delivery costs are based on weight and start at just $US 3.05 for the first 1kg, and $US 2.05 for each additional 1kg, depending on your location. You can check the weight of an item on the product detail page.
To get an accurate shipping cost for your location, simply add items to your cart and register an address – and you will see charges reflected in your cart.
