We offer FREE Delivery on most items, on orders over HKD 500 – as well as competitive rates for orders containing bulky items such as sofas. The different delivery options are:
Non-furniture Orders
Eg: Small furniture, lighting, cushions, clocks and home accessories. Delivery takes 5-10 business days from your date of order, and is FREE on orders over HKD 500 (HKD 39 for orders under HKD 500).
Furniture Orders
Delivery takes 10-15 business days from your date of order, and is FREE on non-bulky orders over HKD 500. An additional charge of HKD 300 applies for delivery of bulky items to central areas of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories, with additional charges for walk-up service or delivery to outlying areas.
Rug Orders
Delivery is FREE on all rugs. Delivery of 160 x 230cm size rugs takes 3-4 weeks from your date of order. Delivery of all other rug sizes take 4-6 weeks from your date of order.
Orders With Bulky Items to Outlying Areas
The additional charges apply in addition to the above base rate of HKD 300 for bulky items. An additional charge of HKD 200 applies for delivery of bulky items to the following areas: Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, Park Island, Yuen Long and Tuen Mun. An additional charge of HKD 1,000 applies for delivery of bulky items to South Lantau, and other outlying Island areas.
Orders With Bulky Items Requiring Walk-up
If delivery items do not fit in your lift, there is an additional charge of HKD 150-250 per floor (market rate paid directly to the delivery driver at the time of delivery).

We Offer Low Cost Worldwide Delivery.
International delivery is available for all items except furniture, and is indicated by the “Delivers Worldwide” text on the product page.
We deliver via our international network of couriers, and all shipments include tracking. Delivery costs are based on weight and start at just $US 3.05 for the first 1kg, and $US 2.05 for each additional 1kg, depending on your location. You can check the weight of an item on the product detail page.
To get an accurate shipping cost for your location, simply add items to your cart and register an address – and you will see charges reflected in your cart.
