Chinese New Year Delivery Schedule
During the Chinese New Year holiday period, our delivery schedule will be affected as follows;
Orders Placed 9th - 22nd February:
Will be processed on 23rd February, when our delivery schedule returns to normal. This means that if you order between 9th - 22nd February, our regular local delivery and international times apply from 22nd February.
Orders for Wool & Viscose Rugs:
Delivery times for most wool, viscose and cotton rugs will be mainly unaffected by the Chinese New Year holidays, and should be delivered within the normal schedule for Rugs. There are some exceptions, so if in doubt please contact us to check before placing your order.
