Hong Kong Delivery
FREE DELIVERY
We offer FREE Delivery to urban areas on orders over HKD 500*. Delivery for orders under $HK 500 is only HKD 39. The different delivery types are detailed below.
NON-FURNITURE ITEMS
Eg: Lighting, cushions, clocks and home accessories. Delivery takes 5-10 business days from your date of order, and is FREE on orders over HKD 500*. Delivery to SF Express stores is only available with arrangement prior to ordering.
FURNITURE & BULKY ITEMS
Delivery takes 10-15 business days from your date of order. We offer free lobby or kerbside delivery on furniture items. Simple assembly is required for some items. We cannot deliver bulky items to SF Express stores.
If your building requires a walk up or has limited access, and you require assistance from the lobby/kerb to your door, a delivery charge of $HK 200 per floor* will apply - in this case, please contact us before delivery to make the necessary arrangements.
Furniture & Bulky Items to Outlying Areas
An additional charge of HKD 300 applies for delivery of bulky items to the following areas: Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, Park Island, Yuen Long and Tuen Mun. An additional charge of HKD 1,000 applies for delivery of bulky items to other areas of Lantau, and other outlying Island areas. Delivery to some areas may require additional charges in which case we will contact you before processing your order.
RUGS
Delivery is FREE on most rugs. Delivery of 160 x 230cm size rugs takes 3-4 weeks from your date of order. Delivery of all other rug sizes take 4-6 weeks from your date of order.
SPLIT DELIVERIES
If your order contains a mix of decor, furniture or rug items, these will be delivered separately, as they ship from different warehouses with different delivery lead times. In this case we will update you separately by email with details of each delivery.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Our quoted delivery times are a good indication of the typical delivery time for each product type, however they are not a guaranteed delivery time, and there can sometimes be delays due to unforeseen circumstances. If there is an extended delay we will notify you, otherwise rest assured we will deliver your order as soon as possible.
When your order is ready we will email you a shipping notification 1-2 days before delivery. We do not offer scheduled delivery, however the driver will call you before delivery, and if the time is not suitable, you can request that they return at a time convenient for you.

International Delivery
We offer FREE International Delivery.
International delivery is available for all items except furniture, and selected bulky items, and is indicated by the “Delivers Worldwide” text on the product page.
Orders are delivered via our international network of couriers and postal services. All shipments include tracking, which becomes available about 7 days after placing your order:
The total delivery time to most destinations is about 11-17 days from your order date. More specific delivery estimates by country are shown on the product page.
Handmade Rugs
Most of our handmade rugs are made to order, which helps us keep prices lower and offer you free delivery. The delivery times depend on the size ordered:
160 x 230cm: 3-4 weeks
Other Sizes: 4-6 weeks
Customs Duties & Taxes
All goods are sold tax and duty free, and do not include any local duties or taxes that may apply in your country. As the customer, you are responsible for any taxes, duties or import restrictions that may apply in your country. As we have no control over local customs, we cannot be responsible for any additional costs, delays or non-receipt that you may incur as a result of the import laws in your country.
